This large grouping is led by PAC, which has representation from Kennel Club, Feline Advisory Bureau, BSAVA, RSPCA, SSPCA, Dogs Trust, BOAh, CIEH, SCAS, Cats Protection, Pet Care Trust and the Petfood Manufacturers Association.

PAC have completed an excellent strategy document which included the issue identified by CAWC as needing attention ie. selective breeding. Major work has been under way on this aspect and has slowed the development and distribution of the strategy document.
